After talking with directors across Europe and North America, it’s clear how messed up team and organizational cultures can be. It’s disheartening to see so-called ‘leaders’ slowing down their organization’s growth, blocking team progress, and holding back individual growth.
That’s why I’m on a mission to shake things up, break the rules, and spark a cultural revolution in teams.
Two things fuel my fire:
First, I’ve worked as a Producer and Film Production Manager for big-name artists and studios, managing large, transparent teams focused on creating incredible audiovisual masterpieces.
Second, my time in self-sustainable communities has shown me the amazing power of collaboration, love, respect, and gratitude. These values I bring to the teams I work with, and they’re the changes I aim to introduce in organizations.

I’m proud to say I’m among the first trainers to hold all Asana certificates. During three years at Remote Sensei, I’ve conducted 1000+ consultation calls and designed 120+ digital transformation programs. And I love it! 😊
My mission is to break down the barriers of hierarchy, stress, and traditional thinking in companies. By injecting a dose of gamification, empathy, and widely accepted work principles, I lead teams to a smoother, more efficient path.
