Which one is you?

Asana became a ghost town

You rolled it out (or other PM app). Parts of the team drifted back to email and spreadsheets to get anything actually done.

You are starting

Asana is chosen and not yet rolled out, and you want it done once rather than twice.

None of these is a software problem but how the work was structured before the software arrived.

Badly structured work used to slow your team down. Now it misleads your AI as well. You can run AI agents inside Asana and outside it (Claude, ChatGPT). But any AI is only as good as the context it can reach.

Right now yours is probably scattered across Slack/Teams, documents, spreadsheets, and people’s heads, where no agent can reach it.

We connect it, put Asana at the center, and let the agent layer work from the whole picture.

What an Asana implementation consultant does

An Asana implementation consultant has three jobs, and most providers only do the first.

Workspace configuration

Most Asana consulting stops with technical configuration, and it takes the least amount of experience.

Adoption

Getting departments to work in one agreed way, holding the new habits in place through the first busy quarter. Our methodology is a mix of scrum, remote work best practices, empathetic delegation, and executive coaching.

Connecting humans with agents

We make sure that your colleagues are enhanced by the agent workforce, not replaced, to reduce resistance and increase the actual output of the organization. Result: work operating system connecting all teams.
Asana AI Studio Foundations certification badge

We are the rare kind of consultants who can map a process, notice inefficiencies, and get people to change how they work. Someone who can wire the systems together, use the APIs, and build and review what the agents actually do.

Business side

  • process mapping
  • cost efficiency
  • risk assessment
  • fighting resistance
  • value stream mapping

Technical skills

  • LLM selection & training
  • systems architecture
  • API integration
  • moving data between systems
  • self-improving code
  • reliability assessment

Asana adoption is not random

The Reliability Protocol is our transformation method from 200+ runs. We publish it for free because people who got to know the framework first were much more aware of what it actually takes to change people’s habits.
  1. Alignment

Leadership agrees what to fix before we touch Asana

  2. Foundation

Your structured workflow, live and clickable in Asana.

  3. Adoption

System becomes standard for current & future members.

  4. Momentum

New habits hold. No backsliding into the old ones.

Asana runs agents now

An agentified workflow built on a broken process fails faster, and less visibly, than a human one did. Asana no longer only manages projects and goals. It runs agents that act on whole company knowledge. Now in the same place people communicate and collaborate, they can review work of agents.

What it costs

You are not buying Asana configuration project. You are buying the Reliability Protocol, a method the Asana partner ecosystem knows us for. It runs inside your company, delivered by the people who created it, tested it for 15 years, and have been using Asana since the 2011 invite-only beta.

Audit €3 000

We measure your teams’ reliability, review Asana workspace and any AI agents already running, then report to the leadership team. In two weeks you know exactly where the work is inefficient, what it’s costing you, and what to fix first.

Team/process optimization €7 000 - €9 000

We take one multi-team workflow, redesign it with the people who actually run it, and train them into the new way of working. In two months that workflow will get 80% closed tasks on time.

Organization-wide agentic work OS On request

We change the way you set goals, align departments, and connect strategy with everyday operations. Every department runs one system, at 80% reliability before we hand over.

What moves the price

  1. 01 How many teams, and how far their processes disagree.
  2. 02 Whether a previous rollout failed. Recovery is harder than a clean start.
  3. 03 How deep the change should go - including executives’ mindsets.
  4. 04 How many systems have to be connected, and how much reporting sits on top.
  5. 05 Pace. Compressing a program costs more than running it at its natural rhythm.

We do not price by the hour

Hourly work makes sense when you already know exactly what you want built. If you knew that, you would not need us.

We price against what a stalled rollout is costing you instead

If your budget is under $5,000, the honest answer is Asana Academy plus a freelancer. We will tell you the same thing on the call.

Our Guarantee

We do not consider an implementation finished because the configuration is done.

Flow diagram: implementation runs, then the Reliability Score is checked against 80%. At or above it, the engagement finishes. Below it, implementation continues at no additional cost and is measured again.

Implementation
Reliability Score at or above 80%
Finish
YES NO no additional cost

We measure your Reliability Score* at handover. If it is below 80%, we keep working at no additional cost until it clears.

*Reliability Score: The percentage of completed tasks that were finished on time during a given period.

We can offer this because we have run the method 200+ times, and because 94% of the organisations we implemented were still using the system twelve months later.

Questions people ask before booking

Nothing, in principle. The method is published free and some companies run it themselves. What you are buying is the 200+ repetitions: knowing how to fight resistance — either coming from a new platform or AI replacing the workforce.

That is our most common starting point. A failed rollout almost always means that one of the stages was missed. Recovery is harder than a clean start and priced accordingly, but it is the work we do most.

No, and it should not. Asana becomes the place where work is tracked and decided. The rest of the platforms receive a clear label of what’s it for and when it’s used. What changes is that they stop being disconnected, and the data is used to do almost any knowledge work. It also means the AI agent layer has the whole picture to work from rather than a quarter of it.

Reliability Score (amount of tasks closed within due date) at handover and again 2 months later. 94% of the organizations we implemented were still using the system at the twelve-month mark, with core habits in place.

Asana consulting engagements here run from a two-week audit to a multi-quarter programme, and which one you need depends on the three situations above. You get both answers in writing the same day we speak.

Yes, in the same engagement. Structure and team readiness comes first, though. Agents compound on the structure they are given, so agentifying a workflow nobody agreed on just produces faster disagreement.
