A few words from Oskar

Have you ever wondered how to connect a relentless approach to business and spiritual development?

As a battle-hardened entrepreneur and remote team leader, I’ve faced numerous challenges and pushed the boundaries of what’s possible. My journey has been shaped by embracing discomfort, from living in the wild Siberian forest for 7 months to founding multiple businesses (5 of them failed) and ultimately becoming Europe’s first certified Asana expert.

I do believe that human life is about collecting the most diverse experiences. Breaking free from societal conditioning is a good first step in eliminating limiting factors of what’s possible and how we perceive our surroundings.

I’m driven by understanding human behaviour, mastering social dynamics, and finding solace in nature. These passions have not only influenced my personal growth but have also guided my professional decisions.

Over the years, I’ve trained over 1,200 people and helped more than 50 organizations adopt Asana, all while leveraging Agile methodologies and Holacracy. Despite my disregard for traditional education, I believe in the power of experience, mentorship, and pursuing one’s passions.

My ultimate goal is to create empathetic and organized leaders who will inspire change and positively impact our planet. I’m excited to share my expertise, and I hope that with the right plan and full engagement of both parties, we can reach a clearly defined goal.
